(01) Why we exist
Most advice fails in the handover. We stay for the part where the decision has to survive Monday morning.
We are deliberately small: thirty people across Copenhagen and London, with a partner on every engagement. No pyramids of junior analysts, no recycled frameworks.
We measure ourselves on outcomes our clients can audit: margin, market share, time to decision. If we can’t name the number we’re moving, we don’t take the work.
